Top Local Chiropractors is a media property owned and operated by The Counter Rhythm Group LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"). It is part of our Top Local Domains family of local resource sites. This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you visit toplocalchiropractors.com, request a visit through our booking pages, or interact with our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) or Google.
We are an advertising and marketing service, not a healthcare provider. We collect the contact details you give us so a partner chiropractic clinic can reach you about an appointment. We hand those details to that one named clinic. We never ask you about your health, we never charge you anything, and we do not sell your information.
There are two places you can give us information, and they collect different things.

Our booking pages do not ask for your ZIP code, because the clinic is already identified by the time you reach one. They contain no free text field of any kind.
On every page, our servers keep an ordinary web log containing your IP address, browser user agent, and referring page. This is standard server-side logging used for security and troubleshooting.
We are an independent marketing service, not a healthcare provider. We do not collect, and our forms do not ask for, any information about your health, symptoms, conditions, medical history, or treatment. Our forms contain no free text fields where health information could be entered. We do not create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information.
Our content pages, meaning the homepage, articles, city pages, guides, and directory, use a single advertising pixel and a single analytics tag to measure how our ads and articles perform. These are configured without health information of any kind.
Our booking pages carry no tracking at all. The page where you request a visit sets no cookies, loads no advertising pixel, and runs no client side analytics. That is a deliberate design decision, and it is the reason you will not see a cookie consent banner interrupting a booking.
Booking pages are also marked no-index, so they are not listed by search engines.
We do not follow up with you ourselves after your information reaches the clinic, except as needed to honor a request you make of us.
Top Local Chiropractors is an advertising service operated as an independent media property. Partner clinics pay for placement. Your request is forwarded to the partner clinic identified on the page you used. Paid placement is advertising. It is not a medical referral, and it is not an endorsement of clinical quality.
The text message option is off unless you turn it on. If you choose text as your contact preference and tick the consent box, you are agreeing that the specific clinic named on that page may text you about your visit. You are not agreeing to receive texts from us, and we do not text you.
The box is never pre-ticked, and if you switch your preference away from text the tick is cleared. We record your consent with a timestamp and the exact wording you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to the clinic's messages. Consent is not required to request a visit.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else.
We keep the details of your request, and any consent record attached to it, for as long as we need them to operate the service, to answer questions about a request that was made, and to meet our legal, tax, and audit obligations. We may keep aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you for longer. You can ask us to delete your information using the contact address below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will verify your request and respond as the applicable law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising a right.
What you give us is contact and scheduling information only. It is not medical record information. We are not a covered entity or a business associate under HIPAA. The partner clinic that contacts you may collect health information directly from you under its own privacy practices, which are separate from ours and not covered by this policy.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
